Dr Fin AC & Plumbing
1. Services
Dr Fin AC & Plumbing provides residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing services, including but not limited to diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations.
All services are subject to technician availability and scheduling.
2. Estimates & Pricing
- Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection
- Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered
- Customer approval is required before additional work is performed
3. Scheduling & Access
- Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property
- Missed appointments or inability to access the property may result in a service fee
- Same-day service is not guaranteed
4. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods
- Late payments may be subject to fees or collections
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee
6. Warranties
- Labor warranties (if offered) will be specified at time of service
- Manufacturer warranties apply only to parts and equipment
- Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or pre-existing conditions
7. Limitation of Liability
Dr Fin AC & Plumbing is not liable for:
- Pre-existing system conditions
- Secondary damages resulting from system failure
- Delays caused by parts availability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
8. Property & Safety
Customer agrees:
- Property is safe for technicians to perform work
- Pets are secured
- Hazards are disclosed prior to service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if unsafe conditions exist.
9. Marketing & Communication Consent
By submitting your information, you agree to receive:
- Service-related communications (appointments, reminders, updates)
- Optional promotional messages (if opted in)
You may opt out at any time.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
